Section 70
Consultation and information on foreign loans
(1) The Government of Nepal may consult the bank while taking a loan from the external area. (2) The consultation as per sub-section (1) shall include matters such as the amount of the loan amount, its receipt and the conditions or conditions of the loan agreement and repayment of the loan. (4) The Government of Nepal will consult with the bank when giving permission to private or public organizations to take external loans in order to create liabilities in foreign exchange. It should be given to the bank.
